FIRST WEEK IN THE BUILDING!

Hello friends!

It’s been a week full of excitement here at Joshua Wilderness Institute. We have officially completed our first regular schedule week. The lodge has been full of wonderful chaos as we try to figure out what the next 9 months will look like for us. With the start of our new classes and the launch of our Pause Families, this week has been full of long-awaited firsts. By this point, we are well acquainted with our fellow Joshua classmates, which has made our free time so much sweeter. Volleyball games at main camp and squeezing in gym sessions together before dinner has been a great way to find rest. Although the start of classes has proven to be challenging, it’s been encouraging to know that we are able to lean on one another. We are all in this together and that has been a great comfort. I’m grateful for this week of friendships growing, lessons being learned and memories being made. God has dealt kindly with us. If you were wondering how you could keep us in your prayers, we would appreciate prayers for wisdom, time management, and hearts of learning. Thank you for checking in on us. We are excited to keep you posted on our journey ahead.
