Harry Potter!

JOSHUA WILDERNESS is such an awesome place!!! Especially when we have Harry Potter theme dinners (so much fun). We got to drink some butterbeer and have fish and chips just like Harry, it made our tummies full and bubbly with joy LOL. We also had a fun activity where we had groups and we went through an escape room. It was pretty hard but some groups got out way faster than others. Sadly though our

More Snow!

Winter camp is ending and spring is fast approaching! We are expecting 12 inches of snow a day for the next 4 days. Our speaker this week is Michael Smalley. We are still eagerly anticipating our speaker’s theme for the week. He has only hinted that it will be all over the relationship/marriage spectrum. Teachings on Song of Solomon

It’s been fun getting to know the preview students this week! The seven that were here made a great addition to our class and book discussions. We spent some time unburying the building because of how much it snowed while we were gone. Some students also stayed out later to continue help shoveling and many even played in the snow for quite some time! A lot of

One for the books

What happened throughout the week was at least from my perspective showing and preparing us for what was to happen. We went to the pier and my partner, Alyssa, had noticed a man and felt the need to talk to him. Through that we were able to share what

Love and lessons

God has really been doing a work in us this week. It has become so apparent to myself and my group that there are so many varying beliefs and lifestyles that we must be strong in the sound teaching of the Word to effectively share it. I am so thankful for how the Holy Spirt has worked through us all and is teaching us so much. We visited The Museum of Tolerance today and it
