Music Mayhem and Final Days

Hello readers! My name is Talitha Nason, an eager student wanting to live a life worthy of the gospel. Let me tell you this week at Joshua has been a whirlwind! Coming off of last week’s Phillipians 2 testing and our formal theme dinner, it has hit all the students that Christmas break is only days away! This week we finished our Old Testament class which is a bit sad because it has been a

Philippians & Formal

Hey y’all! This week has honestly been so eventful, and I just had to share everything that’s been going on. We kicked things off with our Philippians 2 testing, which definitely had all of us stressed out and studying like crazy. It felt like such a big deal, and the pressure was real—but in the best twist ever, we all ended up passing! That alone made the week feel like a huge win, and the excitement afterwards

My personal devo time has been so filling and God is healing

A Mountaintop Seder

Hello friends! My name is Luke Wyatt, and here’s an update from the past week here at Joshua! We had the privilege of hosting Josh and Annette Sofaer—a Jewish couple—who came up to the lodge to share in depth about the rich history of Jewish culture. On Tuesday night, we got the super cool opportunity to participate in a traditional Messianic Jewish seder. I’d never taken part in a seder like this before, and it

You Are My One Thing

Hey guys! Maddie here, and I am so excited to tell you how my week at Joshua is going. First off, I got the opportunity to go car camping in Big Sur, a beautiful coastal cliff area, over the weekend with my Joshua brothers and sisters. It’s mind blowing that I get the experience of doing such randomly thrilling things, like marveling at God’s sunrise off of a mountain or running to our cars at
