the beginning of the end

Hey y’all, welcome back!!
It’s been such a great week. We had our final Philippians test, which means we’ve officially
memorized the entire book! That still feels wild to say out loud.
We also had some “lasts” in our classes, which was both sad and really special. Looking back to
where we started and seeing how much we’ve grown is kind of unbelievable. I never would have
guessed I’d become this close with these people in just eight months, but now I feel so
connected to all of them—and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for.

We also had our last theme dinner, and it was 50s-themed—definitely my favorite one. The food
was amazing (especially the milkshakes), and the music made it feel even more fun and
nostalgic. We even got to go roller skating, which was such a blast. It was the perfect way to
spend our final themed dinner, just hanging out and making memories with some of my favorite
people.
